FAQ

Working with the studio

Projects, timelines and fees.

Why fixed fees instead of hourly rates?

Fixed fees let you budget with confidence and let us focus on the work instead of the clock. If the scope changes, we agree the change in writing first.

How many revisions are included?

Two rounds at each stage. In practice, a clear brief and weekly reviews mean most projects need fewer.

What do you need from us to start?

A signed proposal, the first payment and a two-hour slot for the workshop. We send a short questionnaire beforehand.

Do you handle printing?

Yes. We work with trusted printers, request quotes on your behalf and attend press checks for important runs.

What happens after launch?

Thirty days of support for questions and small fixes are included. Many clients keep us on a small monthly retainer afterwards.

FAQ

Photography sessions

Portraits, products and interiors.

What should I wear for a portrait?

Solid, natural fabrics in two or three outfits you feel comfortable in. Avoid large logos and very fine stripes. We send a short guide after booking.

Can I see the photos during the shoot?

Yes. We shoot tethered to a screen in the studio, so you can see and choose as we go.

How quickly do we receive the images?

A first selection within three working days, final retouched images within ten.

Can we shoot at our location?

Yes, for product and interior shoots. Travel outside the city is quoted separately.

FAQ

Shop & downloads

Presets, prints and templates.

How do I receive digital products?

You get a download link on the confirmation page and by email immediately after payment. Links can be used five times.

Do the presets work on mobile?

Yes. Every preset pack includes versions for Lightroom mobile alongside the desktop XMP files.

How are prints shipped?

Flat, in a rigid sleeve, by tracked courier. Prints ship within five working days.

Can I return a print?

Unopened prints can be returned within 14 days. Digital downloads cannot be refunded once downloaded.

Can I use the templates for client work?

Yes. Templates and guides are licensed for your own business and your client projects, but not for resale.

Still have a question?

We answer every message ourselves, usually the same day.
