The challenge
Nord Form builds chairs and tables by hand in small batches. Their old site sold well in person but badly online: small photos, long forms and a checkout that lost half its visitors on mobile.
Our approach
We photographed every piece against plain walls in natural light, then designed the site around those pictures — large images, short sentences and a three-step checkout. Each product page tells the story of its wood, its joints and the person who made it.

Online orders doubled in the first quarter after launch, and mobile checkout completion rose from 48% to 81%. The team updates products and stories themselves every week.
